“Move-In Special” offers or reduced security deposit offers are valid on select vacant ready units and only applicable at locations where posted; subject to availability.  Offers are subject to satisfactory credit (which requires established US credit or trade lines) and application, receipt of security deposit,and acceptable proof of income eligibility.  Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. Residents are required to obtain and maintain renters insurance (certain exceptions apply in the City of Los Angeles). Pet fee and pet rent not included.  Offers are for a limited time only; applicants must move in within 14 days of approval, otherwise standard rates will apply.
